docs: Add template hints to attribute descriptions

Description

Update textinfo, hoverinfo attribute descriptions to point users toward texttemplate, hovertemplate attributes for custom order of info.

Changes

• Update descriptions
• Fix some grammar mistakes
• Update schema and types

Testing

Make sure that the language is clear and that CI is passing.

Notes

• This change was prompted by investigating [BUG]: go.Funnel textinfo="percent initial+value" shows value before percent. #7751 (and the PR to fix it in fix(funnel/waterfall): respect textinfo token order #7752)
• Since a solution already exists to acheive what the user was asking for in the issue, it was closed as already completed. However, it seems like promoting texttemplate and hovertemplate would help communicate that.
