Summary

Document new tagged releases across the CLI, Terraform Provider, and Platform since the last changelog entry.

Changes

• CLI: v2.31.0 (get api-key), v2.32.0 (repo commands GA, repo tagging, --repo-id), v2.32.1 (pagination footer and help improvements for list repos).
• Terraform Provider: v0.7.0 (kosli_service_account and kosli_service_account_api_key resources, service account data source), v0.8.0 (kosli_control resource and data source, beta).
• Platform: July 6 (faster logical environment pages, more reliable org deletion, Descope role auto-provisioning, login Enter key and logical env description fixes), July 7 (environment deployments report behind a flag, space resources link to their pages, duplicate environment create fix), July 8 (repo tags, faster usage metrics, cleaner environment deployments table).
