+We, Suzhou Nikki Co., Ltd. (苏州叠纸网络科技股份有限公司in Chinese), are a company engaged in the business of video games and mobile games, which includes the hit mobile game Miracle Nikki (奇迹暖暖in Chinese). We have identified that user-posted content on your platform is infringing upon our copyrighted works.

+1. IDENTIFICATION OF COPYRIGHTED WORK  
+The copyrighted work(s) that have been infringed are original works of authorship created by and owned exclusively by us, including but not limited to:  
+(a) outfit meshes, garment component breakdowns, costume designs, and wearable accessories;  
+(b) two-dimensional textures, material maps, and surface designs;  
+(c) proprietary graphical elements and promotional artwork;  
+(collectively, the "Copyrighted Assets").  
+The Copyrighted Assets are fixed in tangible mediums of expression and are protected by copyright law, including the copyright laws of the United States(17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).  
+These Copyrighted Assets are created by us as part of the development of the mobile game titled Miracle Nikki（奇迹暖暖 in Chinese）. The Copyrighted Assets are made available to end users solely through the authorized official game client (iOS and Android applications) and are not licensed for extraction, reproduction, redistribution, or public display outside of the authorized game environment. The game client distributes these assets in proprietary, encrypted resource packages that are intended to be accessed and rendered only by the official game client software.  
+Attachment 1 hereto consists of our business license and software copyright registration certificate, which evidence our legal identity and our exclusive rights in and to the relevant game.

+2. IDENTIFICATION OF INFRINGING MATERIAL  
+The following GitHub repository and its contents constitute unauthorized reproduction, distribution, and public display of the Copyrighted Assets:

+Description of the infringing activity:  
+The repository contains software code, executable tools, scripts, and/or documented methods that are designed to extract, decode, and convert the proprietary resource packages of the above-referenced game into usable file formats (e.g. pgn.). By doing so, the repository enables and effectuates the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, and public display of the Copyrighted Assets in the following manner:  
+(i)  REPRODUCTION: The tools instruct users to extract and create duplicate copies of the Copyrighted Assets onto their local devices, outside of the authorized game client, in direct violation of the copyright owner's exclusive reproduction right under 17 U.S.C. § 106(1).  
+(ii) DISTRIBUTION: The repository itself publicly distributes the means to reproduce the Copyrighted Assets, and the resulting extracted files are further redistributed by users through downstream channels.  
+This constitutes unauthorized distribution under 17 U.S.C. § 106(3).  
+(iii) PUBLIC DISPLAY: The repository's documentation, README files, and issue discussions include screenshots, previews, and visual demonstrations of the extracted Copyrighted Assets, constituting unauthorized public display under 17 U.S.C. § 106(5).  
+The repository author has no license, permission, or authorization from us to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Copyrighted Assets. The Copyrighted Assets are not "open source," nor are they subject to any permissive license that would authorize the conduct described herein.  
+Please find attached as Attachment 2 a screen recording evidencing our review of the user's activities on GitHub. Attachment 3 contains illustrative examples of the infringing content published by this user, along with the corresponding links to and screenshots of our published works. The recording clearly shows that the user has distributed content on GitHub without our authorization, thereby engaging in the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, and public display of the Copyrighted Assets.

+3. OUR DEMAND  
+We hereby demand that GitHub immediately remove or disable the infringing URLs hosting the infringing content.   
+We expressly reserve all rights and remedies available to us under applicable laws and regulations.

+4. GOOD FAITH BELIEF STATEMENT  
+We have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
