Adds an upfront disclaimer in the README to set expectations that @github/copilot-engine-sdk is intended for internal use and is not an officially supported integration path.
Changes:
- Added a prominent NOTE block at the top of
README.mdclarifying the SDK is internal-only and not a supported integration path/product.
