docs(wiki): refresh repo articles and add hermes agent

Summary

• Add a sourced NousResearch/hermes-agent wiki article from GitHub Search API and upstream README/release metadata.
• Refresh existing repo articles with current latest-release rows and short release notes for patina, gajae-code, lazycodex, oh-my-claudecode, oh-my-codex, and oh-my-openagent.
• Add Hermes Agent to the recent repository panel and cover that link in the home page test.
