The CLI generator's header comment carried an internal issue reference (a private tracker id) — which shouldn't live in this public repo. This removes it entirely, so the comment just reads
CLI reference generator.Comment-only, no behaviour change. Supersedes the earlier version of this PR that swapped the placeholder for the real id.
