Description
Problem: Public docs still invite new users and existing EU customers into signup and add-on flows that are unavailable during the EU support freeze.
This update gives customers one consistent path forward:
The notice appears in the SIP, call concurrency, and data residency guidance. No navigation changes.
Related to PRISM-636 and VapiAI/vapi#13912.
Testing Steps
git diff --checkfern checkin CI -- 0 errors (local execution is blocked because the repo-pinnedfern-api@5.46.1is currently unavailable from npm)/advanced/sip,/security-and-privacy/data-flow, and/calls/call-concurrencyin the Fern preview
