Documentation and packaging patch: - README aligned to the SDK's actual capabilities (removed non-existent reasoning/toolclad/communication surfaces; fixed metrics example). - Runtime compatibility note. - setup.py license corrected to Apache-2.0. - New examples/ directory. Compatible with Symbiont runtime 1.14.x-1.17.x for the documented surface.
