Updates the Standard Logic App SCIM validation workflow templates:
• GroupTests_Workflow.json — Added 3 new test actions (6 → 9 total), expanding group validation coverage.
• Orchestrator_Parameters.json — Updated parameter definitions.
• Orchestrator_Workflow.json — Updated orchestration logic to support new tests.
• SCIMTests_Workflow.json — Significant updates to SCIM test actions (expanded validation logic).
• UserTests_Workflow.json — Updated user test workflow.
• VERSION — Bumped from 6.0 to 7.0.
