Can't export more than 2K comments

Hi
I'm using github-artifact-exporter to export issues and try to classify them for a school project. However I can't export all issues. I only get 2K (the repo contains 8K issues)
The rrepo that I'm using is pytorch

I thought it was 1k and related to this #45
